Known for her calm, supportive approach, she helps clients navigate the claims process with confidence and reassurance at every stage. Outside work, you will usually find her catching up with friends over great food and a few drinks.
Lauren has 3 years of claims handling experience and brings enthusiasm, care and a client-focused approach to her role, supporting clients through every stage of the claims process. Outside work she loves spending time with her pony and going riding through the local woodlands.
